Hi, I’m Rebecca
Nutritional Therapist, Certified Menopause Coach, and Personal Trainer, here to help you take control of your health with confidence and clarity.
Through my work at Strive Health and The Empowered Menopause, I combine evidence-based nutrition, menopause education, and lifestyle strategies to support women at every stage of life – especially midlife and beyond.
I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist in 2011 and soon realised that many women needed more than just food advice – they were looking for a full, holistic understanding of their changing bodies. That’s what led me to become a Personal Trainer in 2018 founding Strive Health and later, a Certified Menopause Coach, after navigating my own challenging menopause at 50.
Like many women, I felt completely unprepared – even with my background in health! That experience sparked my mission to ensure others don’t feel the same. I’ve since dedicated myself to helping women feel informed, supported, and empowered through the work I do with The Empowered Menopause.
